Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery We ship internationally via major carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight for bulk orders).

• Freight/bulk orders: 15–30 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. For large equipment or bulk orders, please contact us for a freight quote.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. SINONOR® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
